kunesh - sugar = grumpy
1 10 2003man.. I have been on a candy-high ever since I started contracting at Orbitz.. So, I decided today that enough was enough and cut all sugar from my diet. I know there’s sugar in stuff like bread, etc., but I am talking about the easy 80%. No soda, no candy, no sugar in coffee, etc.
I also cut the coffee to 2 cups, instead of my normal 2.5 pot a day habit. The end result?
Grumpiness, much, much grumpiness. I am going to keep this going, though. Tomorrow, coffee is going to be replaced by green tea. Friday, green tea is going to be replaced by detox tea w/o caffeine.
This weekend, I am going to do a 48 hour fast. Some of the side effects of fasting are pretty hideous (opens in new window). Yikes!
