About
Howdy!
Kuniform is the website of Jason Kunesh (me). ‘Kuniform’ is a pun on ‘cuneiform or cuneform’ and ‘Kunesh,’ my last name. Since I am find all forms of human communication interesting and I’ve been using the Internet prior to the existence of the worldwide web, riffing on a Bronze Age script and my name somehow seemed appropriate.
Marinette, Wisconsin is where I was raised from a young lad to a juvenile delinquent. One of the more popular features of the site is this photojournal of Marinette. Peep is a band I joined fresh out of college. Our trials and tribulations may be found here. Also, I’ve taught a few classes at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
The rest of the site is a blog about accessibility, design, media and politics, and gets fairly modest traffic.
I don’t often blog here anymore (as you can probably tell), but have been focused on creating a company, Kunesh Interaction + Design. It’s been taking quite a bit more of my time lately. My family happily consumes the rest, which works out for all of us.
Thanks for visiting. Stop by anytime.
