Abandoned robin's nest
We watched this robin make her nest on top of a curve in our downspouts. I think when I disconnected the spout's end from the sewer I disturbed her and she left the nest. Mama robin, if you are literate and reading this blog (through some library window or perched over the shoulder of some yuppie at an outdoor cafe), you have my sincere apologies.
